Deliberate Practice and Constraints¶
The manuals emphasize learning through targeted constraint, feedback, and specific failure rather than endless random repetition. The player is pushed just beyond comfort so the system has to adapt.
Core idea¶
- Practice must expose a real weakness.
- Constraints shape the solution.
- Improvement comes from correction, not mindless volume.
