About This Site¶
This knowledge base grew out of frustration with surface-level tennis instruction. Most coaching tells you what to do — "get under the ball," "hit through it," "use your legs" — but never explains why or how your nervous system actually learns these patterns.
Everything here is grounded in: - Raw coaching materials — no AI-generated fluff - Bilingual by design — not translated, but written natively in both languages - Neural control theory — understanding movement as the brain learns it - Practical application — drills and progressions you can use today
