Coach Track — Chapter 13
Công nghệ coaching tools trong Chapter 13 đòi hỏi một new coaching competency: data literacy. Đây không phải optional — nó là competitive disadvantage ngày càng tăng nếu thiếu.
Data Literacy — Năng Lực Mới Bắt Buộc¶
Coach không thể đọc được: - Kinetic chain heatmap. - Shot-placement probability distribution. - Grip pressure spike trong set thứ 3 và ý nghĩa của nó về mental state của player.
→ Đang operating ở increasing disadvantage so với coach có thể.
Coaching implication: Invest in own technical education song song với physical và tactical development của players. Không thể chỉ learn tools khi players đã advanced — data literacy phải develop cùng với toolkit.
Human Judgment — Irreplaceable Layer¶
AI tools chỉ valuable như human judgment đang interpret chúng. Và judgment đó đòi hỏi:
- Hiểu data represents cái gì.
- Hiểu data không represents cái gì.
- Biết khi nào experiential observation mà không có sensor nào capture được overrides những gì numbers suggest.
Không có AI tool nào có thể làm được điều thứ ba. Đây là lý do human judgment vẫn là irreplaceable — không phải vì technology kém, mà vì có information mà technology structural không thể capture.
Three-Layer Synthesis — Core Coaching Competency¶
Coaching quality quan trọng nhất trong future game — giống với mọi era trước — là:
Ability to see the complete player — physical hardware, tactical software, và mental state — và hiểu layer nào đang limiting performance tại mọi thời điểm.

Lỗi Coaching Phổ Biến¶
- Relying hoàn toàn trên data mà không develop judgment về khi nào observation overrides số.
- Treating data literacy như optional skill cho "tech-savvy coaches."
- Over-reliance trên technology trong layers nơi human observation vẫn superior.
- Không train data literacy song song với technical development → gap lớn dần.
